Want a hand getting your listing live? We offer a simple done-for-you listing service for $60 — we’ll create your Go Raglan listing for you, upload your photos, and make sure it’s presented clearly with all the key details and contact info.

Terms & Conditions

  • Go Raglan is a directory only. Go Raglan, WRDMO and Raglan iHub just provide the platform for listings and browsing — we are not a booking agent, property manager, or payment service.

  • All arrangements are between the lister and the enquirer/guest. Any booking, payment, cancellation, dispute, or issue is handled directly between those parties.

  • We don’t guarantee listings. We’re not responsible for accuracy, availability, pricing, photos, property condition, or whether someone follows through. Use the listings at your own risk.

  • Liability is limited. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Go Raglan, WRDMO and Raglan iHub are not liable for losses, damages, injury, costs, scams, or disputes connected to listings or stays.

  • Listers are responsible for their content. By submitting, listers confirm they have the right to advertise the property and use the photos, and that the information is accurate and lawful.

  • Listers agree to protect Go Raglan. If a claim arises from a listing (e.g., misleading info, copyright/privacy issues), the lister is responsible, not Go Raglan/WRDMO/Raglan iHub.

  • We can remove listings. We can edit, decline, hide, or remove listings at any time at our discretion.

  • NZ law applies. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.

If you’re unsure what to include, having trouble uploading photos, or want advice on how to present your place, just reach out and we’ll guide you through it. We can help you make sure the key details are clear, your images look great, and your contact information is set up properly.

Once your listing is published, support doesn’t stop there. If you need to update your price, availability, description, or swap out photos, send us a message and we’ll take care of it. Our goal is to keep the listings accurate and helpful for visitors, while making the process straightforward for locals and hosts.

Our listings are shared by locals and hosts, with photos, key details, and contact info so you can quickly shortlist what feels right for you.

When you find a place you like, you can contact the host directly using the details on the listing page to ask questions, check availability, and arrange your booking. We keep it simple and local—helping visitors connect with real people in Raglan/Whāingaroa and making it easier to plan your trip with confidence.
