PROPERTY LISTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Go Raglan Listings Terms & Conditions

Applies to: all accommodation/property listings and any “done-for-you” listing service provided through the Go Raglan Website.
Organisations covered: Go Raglan, WRDMO, and Raglan iHub (together, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1) Our role

Go Raglan provides a platform for people to publish and browse listings and to connect directly with each other. We are not a booking agent, property manager, real estate agent, or escrow/payment service. Any enquiry, agreement, booking, payment, dispute, or arrangement is strictly between the listing owner/host and the enquirer/guest.

2) No responsibility for listings, availability, or outcomes

All listing content (including photos, pricing, availability, property condition, location, rules, and contact details) is provided by the person submitting the listing (“Lister”). We do not guarantee that:

  • any listing is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your needs

  • a property is available when advertised

  • any host/guest will respond, follow through, or act honestly

  • any transaction, stay, or outcome will be safe, lawful, or satisfactory

You use the platform and rely on listings at your own risk.

3) Liability disclaimer (important)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Raglan, WRDMO, and Raglan iHub:

  • accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost, claim, or dispute arising from a listing, a stay, a booking, communications, payments, cancellations, property condition, or interactions between users

  • are not responsible for errors, omissions, misrepresentation, scams, offensive content, or third-party conduct

  • are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity)

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted, and (if applicable) to re-supplying the service or refunding the portion of fees paid to us for that service.

4) Lister responsibilities and warranties

By submitting a listing, the Lister confirms they:

  • have the right and authority to advertise the property

  • have permission to use all submitted photos and content

  • will provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information

  • will keep contact details up to date

  • will comply with all relevant laws, bylaws, tenancy rules, and consumer obligations

  • accept full responsibility for all dealings with enquirers/guests

5) Indemnity (Lister agrees to protect us)

The Lister agrees to indemnify (cover and reimburse) Go Raglan, WRDMO, and Raglan iHub for any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or damages arising from:

  • the listing content or photos

  • alleged infringement of rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)

  • disputes with guests/enquirers

  • any breach of these Terms

6) Moderation and removal of listings

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice:

  • edit, decline, hide, suspend, or remove any listing

  • request changes or evidence (e.g., proof of rights to images)

  • limit or block access for misuse or suspicious activity

We are not obligated to publish or maintain any listing.

7) Done-for-you listing service ($60)

If you purchase the $60 listing creation service, you are paying for our time to format and publish the listing using the information you provide.

  • You must supply accurate text, images, and contact details.

  • You confirm you have the rights to all supplied content.

  • We are not responsible for the performance of your listing (enquiries, bookings, revenue, etc.).

  • Refunds: Once we have started work (including requesting info, preparing the listing, uploading images, drafting, or publishing), the service fee is non-refundable. If we have not started work, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

  • If we identify content that is unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate, we may refuse to publish and may request revisions.

8) Updates and ongoing support

Unless otherwise agreed, updates to a listing (price changes, availability, photo swaps, copy changes) are handled on a reasonable-effort basis. We may set limits, timeframes, or request a fee for repeated or extensive updates.

9) Third-party links and services

Listings may include links, phone numbers, email addresses, or third-party services. We do not control or endorse third-party sites or services and are not responsible for them.

10) Privacy

We may collect and store listing and contact information to operate the platform and to publish the listing. Your contact information may be visible to the public as part of your listing if you provide it for that purpose. Use of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy (where published).

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Go Raglan Website. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts, unless we agree otherwise.
