Terms & Conditions
- Go Raglan Jobs is a platform only. Go Raglan, WRDMO and Raglan iHub provide the platform for job listings, profiles, and browsing — we are not a recruitment agency, employer, labour hire provider, or employment broker.
- All arrangements are between the employer and the job seeker. Any application, interview, offer, employment agreement, dispute, or issue is handled directly between those parties.
- We don’t guarantee listings or outcomes. We’re not responsible for the accuracy of job listings or profiles, whether a role is still available, whether someone follows through, or whether an employment outcome is suitable, successful, or lawful. Use the platform at your own risk.
- Liability is limited. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Go Raglan, WRDMO and Raglan iHub are not liable for losses, damages, injury, costs, scams, misleading information, or disputes connected to listings, profiles, applications, interviews, or employment arrangements.
- Employers and job seekers are responsible for their content. By submitting information, users confirm they have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
- Users agree to protect Go Raglan. If a claim arises from content submitted to the platform, including misleading information, copyright, privacy, or other rights issues, the user responsible for that content is liable, not Go Raglan, WRDMO, or Raglan iHub.
- We can remove content. We can edit, decline, hide, suspend, or remove listings, profiles, or other content at any time at our discretion.
- NZ law applies. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
