- Hello, I’m Mark. I’ve refined my skills in the Construction Industry, since 1985. I’ve lived in Raglan since 2023 in a rural setting not far from the village. Most of my working life has been based in construction, and recently my wife and I sold a retail/trade business in Hamilton before moving to Raglan. My technical experience was gained by completing a 4-year Carpentry/Joinery apprenticeship in the 1980s. This led me down a path which graduated me to Tradesman Carpenter, then Site Foreman, and Site Manager, with various project management experience mostly gained from high-end residential construction projects. I am looking for a position where I can utilise my strengths to make a difference in someone’s business, big or small. I believe many of my skills are cross-functional and can be applied to other lines of business. I prefer to be less hands-on, utilising my management, I.T., and operational skills to your advantage.
