Come and enjoy our amazing Whale Bay ocean lovers dream holiday home. Our home is unique as you have your own private gated secure access to the beach and surf.

We have 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 13 people.
It is in walking distance to amazing surf, wonderful beaches and walks.

The cost of $500 per night is based on 2 people as please contact us directly for the amount of people you would like to stay and we will confirm the pricing. There is also an additional cleaning fee on top of this price as below.

We have a large dining bar style table under a sheltered pergola which you access down our own private garden path at the front of the property. This features an outdoor stone fire pit for relaxing at night. Also inside our gate there is an outdoor shower in which you can rinse off before entering the house.

Enjoy cooking on the large family sized BBQ.

The property is fully fenced and safe for children and pets are welcome too.

There is parking for at least 4 cars and a boat, all inside our secure private gated property, along with hoses for rinsing off the boats and wetsuits.

Our indoor fireplace will keep you toasty warm on cool nights. Please ensure you bring the firewood with you if you wish to use the fireplace.

There are 2 full size fridge freezers, a chest freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and more.

We provide all linen, towels, large screen HD TV with Sky TV & free unlimited fibre WIFI.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please ensure you specify the correct amount of people who will be staying at the house, as the price varies depending on how many guests. There is no charge for infants. For example: we lock off the large bunkroom when only 4 people are staying and only open the main 2 bedrooms to sleep the guests specified at the time of booking.

To clarify, we have the bedrooms:
* Master Bedroom (upstairs) with 1 King bed, sleeping 2 people.
This has an ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous clawfoot bath overlooking the ocean, and toilet and basin.
* Queen Bedroom (downstairs) with 1 queen bed sleeping 2 people.
* Bunk Room (downstairs) with 2 Queen beds, 1 set of single bunks, and a single bunk above 1 of the Queen beds, sleeping a total of 7 in this room.
This room has its own ensuite with a shower, basin and toilet.
* Fold out sofa bed in the dining room area, sleeps 2.
* Day bed couch in the main lounge.

There is also the main bathroom downstairs next to the kitchen with a shower, toilet and basin.

We do not allow more than 13 people to reside at the house at any time, without prior permission from the owners, due to previous guests causing problems with late parties and disturbance to our local peaceful community.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict no party policy in respect of our neighbours.

CLEANING COST:
We charge an additional $350 per booking for cleaning the house as this is the same amount as our cleaners charge us for the linen and towels.
