Our Waterfront Raglan West Apartment is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind. Set in a serene, peaceful location at the end of a Culdesac you will feel totally relaxed and get to enjoy looking at the tidal water from the deck and the couch. The Apartment is all newly renovated, double glazed, all furnishings inside are new along with carpet. Heat pump for your cooling/heating needs. Location of the Apartment gets all day sun and views of the water and Karioi Mountain. It is a one bedroom, bathroom and full kitchen, microwave, oven and full sized fridge. Light and sunny lounge with a relaxing Seaview deck. Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, shelves and wardrobe for all your luggage. We are located a ten minute max walk to town and five minutes from the main Beach & Manu Bay. No wifi as visitors like to rest and relax. Laundromat is located in town for all your laundry needs five minute drive away. The Apartment is located on our main property above our Garage. Seperate and private with blockout blinds and curtains. Safe on street parking. Located up a driveway which is lit up with solar and sensor lighting.
