The kitchen comes fitted with electric stove, electric hob, dishwasher and all the basic pots, pans dishes etc for you to cook and entertain. A small gas BBQ is also available for use with gas provided. There is seating for 5 around the kitchen island, seating for 6-8 on the indoor dining table and seating for 6 on the outdoor dining table on the covered deck. Plenty of options to enjoy a feast together. The living space is simply but comfortably decorated with 2 sofas and a TV with chromecast to stream a movie in the evening. Through to the bedrooms you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed at the end of the corridor. This room is fitted with a ceiling fan to help keep cool on the warm summer evenings. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds sleeping 2 guests. Bedroom 3 has a set of single bunk beds sleeping 2 guests. The main bathroom has a vanity, toilet, bath and shower. There is also a second toilet in the main house. A laundry room with washing machine is also available for guest use. At the rear of the house these is an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off after your beach trips and a covered washing line to dry you holiday laundry and togs. The sleepout is to the rear of the garage, external to the main house. This studio room has a queen bed and ensuite shower room as well as a kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge for storing refreshing drinks. This room is also fitted with a ceiling fan to help keep cool in the summer. You will find parking on the driveway for up to 3 vehicles. For any children you will find a sandpit and trampoline in the garden to keep them entertained. All linen, towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, gas for the BBQ are all provided for your stay.
