Surrounded by trees and native bush, its a perfect retreat after a day in the surf, at the beach, or checking out the local cafes and shops. Relax on the covered patio area, enjoy the beautiful surrounds, the sounds of birds and the stream. At night, stargaze from the deck or the submerged outdoor bath. The wood burner in the cabin will keep you warm and cosy. Snuggle up in a double bed, and enjoy the sound of the stream and birds in the morning. Everything you need for cooking with mains power a fridge/freeze unit, combination microwave and convection/air frier, kettle, coffee plunger and a double gas hob. Two showers, one inside the other outside, compostable toilet and also an outside bath. Unlimited Wifi accessible. Parking is up by the main house at 50c, with a short walk 30m across the garden away from the main houses then down with a grassy slope, solar lamp lit path, which is fairly steep 1:15 to 1:20 gradient, so not ideal for those that may find the slope struggle, could also be slippy when the grass is wet. At the bottom of this is the tiny home with a view of the natural bush beyond. A little used footpath at the back of this area gives you access to a 30min walking track through the bush reserve to eventually join the Bryant Memorial Scenic Reserve-Ngarunui track leading down to Ngarunui beach.
