Separate part of a Villa. Separate entrance. Bathroom has bath and toilet but no shower. One bedroom with Queen size bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette with seating and dining table etc for 4 people. It has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric frypan. Air Conditioner and heaters. All linen supplied. This is a separate part of the main house with owner’s living at the other end. It is on a working dairy farm 8 minutes drive from Central Raglan and 4 minutes from a general store, fuel stop and the Roast Office coffee shop at Te Uku. There is also a $50 per stay cleaning fee.
