Raglan Refill is a community focused, not for profit refill store committed to reducing waste, increasing access to affordable food, and supporting sustainable living. Through bulk food purchasing, reusable containers, community education, and local partnerships, we help make low-waste living accessible for everyone. Volunteers support day to day by providing excellent customer service, assisting with refill purchases, maintaining store presentation, cleaning and helping create a welcoming community focused environment while promoting sustainable and low-waste living to help us keep our prices affordable for the community. We couldn’t do what we do in the community without our amazing volunteers, they are at the heart of what we do and play a vital role in our organisation.
Available Volunteer Shifts: Each shift is only 3 hours, and option to do weekly or fortnightly Thursday, Saturday, Sunday Morning Shift: 10:30am – 1:30pm Thursday, Saturday, Sunday Afternoon Shift: 1:30pm – 4:30pm Support the day to day operations of Raglan Refill, Volunteers may choose a regular weekly shift based on availability, with additional opportunities available during events, busy periods, or special projects. Volunteers will receive training & support in: -Customer service. -Point-of-sale operation. -Refill procedures. -Food safety and hygiene. -Health and safety requirements. -Store policies and procedures.
