We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused, fully qualified naturopath to join our friendly and committed team. This role is ideal for someone who loves herbal medicine, enjoys connecting with people, and is excited to grow their skills through hands on experience and personalised mentoring.
As a Naturopath at Raglan Herbal Dispensary, you will play an important role in our retail environment, supporting customers with their health needs, crafting bespoke herbal products, and developing your clinical confidence through ongoing guidance and training. We are seeking someone who genuinely wants to grow with the business, develop their consultation skills, and contribute to a positive, community minded atmosphere.
Fully qualified naturopath with a passion for herbal medicine and natural health
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate warmly and clearly
Confidence in a retail environment and enjoyment of helping people face to face
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a supportive team
Ability to work weekends
Extensive Mentoring and Training:
Work closely with experienced naturopaths who will guide your development in store, clinically, and across all areas of herbal dispensing.
Hands On Herbal Practice:
Use your herbal training daily, blending liquid herbs, creating herbal tea formulations, and manufacturing natural creams in our onsite dispensary.
Broadened Experience:
Engage with both retail and practitioner only ranges, gaining exposure to an extensive variety of products and real world health presentations.
Customer Centred Retail Environment:
Support customers with empathy and professionalism, becoming a trusted part of their wellness journey.

Participate in herbal manufacturing, contribute to social media and email content, and help maintain the warm, welcoming environment we are known for.
