I don’t have a return ticket yet, as I plan to purchase it later depending on my travel plans.A little about me: over the past three years, I’ve had the opportunity to live in very different places, from the mountains of Patagonia to the Caribbean coast of Mexico and the United States. I love adventure, nature, and the outdoors. Hiking, mountain biking, camping, photography, and exploring new places are some of my biggest passions. One of the most meaningful experiences of my life was cycling across the Yucatán Peninsula for 30 days, living alongside Maya communities and learning about their culture. Hospitality has been my passion since I was 18 years old, when I started working as a waitress in a bar. I later became a bartender and eventually moved into the hotel industry, where I discovered what I truly loved: creating memorable experiences for guests. Every place I’ve worked and every guest I’ve met has taught me something new. My career has taken me through Patagonia, Mexico, and the United States, and each experience has helped me grow both professionally and personally. I love making people feel welcome and creating genuine experiences through simplicity, warmth, and attention to detail. I’m also passionate about photography and social media, which allows me to contribute in different ways beyond my hospitality role. I believe there is always something new to learn, so I never hesitate to work in different areas. Every role has something valuable to teach. My dream is to one day own my own lodge. Until then, I want to keep travelling, learning from different people and places, and becoming the best hospitality professional I can be.

My name is Ana Belén, I’m from Argentina and I’m 30 years old. I’ll be arriving in New Zealand on September 15th on a Working Holiday visa and I’m looking for work in the hospitality and lodge industry.

 

I have 3 years of experience working in hunting lodges with Pointer Outfitters in different regions of Argentina. In my last year, I worked as a manager of two lodges, where I was in charge of daily operations, guest service, and team coordination.

I also have experience in hotels across Latin America and Miami, mainly in customer service and operational roles.

 

I’m open to different positions such as host, waitress, housekeeping, kitchen hand, front desk, and bartender. I also have experience in photography and videography, which I can bring to support social media or content for the lodge if needed.

 

I’m a proactive, reliable and easy-going person who adapts quickly and enjoys working in a team and in dynamic environments.

 

My English is intermediate, but I’m confident in communicating and improving quickly in an English-speaking workplace.
