Raglan Food Co: Fixed-Term, Part-Time Warehouse Assistant Position Available

Ready to be part of something deliciously different? Raglan Food Co is looking for a practical, reliable Warehouse Assistant to support the smooth running of our warehouse and dispatch operations. This hands-on role plays an important part in backing our production team and helping get our much-loved products where they need to go.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this fixed-term, part-time role is 25 hours per week, worked across 5 hours per day with a 7:00am start, and runs through to 28 August 2026. We’re looking for someone who enjoys physical, practical work and takes pride in keeping things accurate, organised, and moving efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our warehouse team, you’ll help ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and organisation. This role is all about supporting smooth day-to-day operations and helping the wider team deliver consistently great work.

Key Responsibilities

• Goods Handling: Receive, store, pick, and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently.
• Delivery Checks: Check incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality, and flag any issues promptly.
• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records and support strong stock control practices.
• Warehouse Organisation: Keep stock well organised to support safe, efficient workflows.
• Housekeeping: Help maintain a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse environment.
• Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Team Support: Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and wider team to support production requirements and daily warehouse needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
• Experience using electric pallet jacks and reach trucks is an advantage.
• A current forklift licence is required, and an F endorsement is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Starting pay rate: $26.63 per hour
