Fantastic location just a 2 minute walk to restaurants shops and harbour. The house is well set up for a family or small group. It sleeps 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 2 singles. It is a lovely summer house with lots of outdoor areas but also great in winter with a wood burner that heats the whole house and a heat pump to take the chill off in the mornings. There’s also a lovely outdoor bath, nice for those cold winter evenings. There is a resident cat called minty, she is very sweet and friendly, loves cuddles and requires feeding daily. Guests can use the entire house, it has 3 private out door deck areas to relax on and parking directly in front of home with space for 2 vehicles. There is a 4 square supermarket across the road as well as bike, kayak, sup and surf board rentals within a very short walking distance. You will love the convenience of everything from this home .
