I have several years of experience working with customers in both retail and hospitality. My background has taught me how to provide friendly and efficient customer service, work well under pressure, manage payments, stay organised and work independently when needed. 

I also have experience with stock management, order preparation, deliveries maintaining clean and organised work areas, and working across different departments. I’m used to taking responsibility, adapting quickly and working as part of a team. 

My experience in restaurants and food retail has also given me a good understanding of food service, customer satisfaction and the importance of being reliable and attentive at work
