Go Raglan Jobs Terms & Conditions
Applies to: all job listings, employer listings, employee profiles, and related services provided through the Go Raglan Jobs platform on the Go Raglan Website.
Organisations covered: Go Raglan, WRDMO, and Raglan iHUB (together, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1) Our role
Go Raglan Jobs provides a platform for employers and job seekers to publish information, browse opportunities, and connect directly with each other. We are not a recruitment agency, employer, labour hire provider, or employment broker. Any job application, interview, offer, agreement, employment relationship, dispute, or arrangement is strictly between the employer and the job seeker.
2) No responsibility for listings, applications, or outcomes
All content published on the platform, including job descriptions, business information, candidate details, qualifications, availability, contact details, and related content, is provided by the person or organisation submitting it. We do not guarantee that any listing or profile is accurate, complete, current, or suitable, that any job opportunity is still available when advertised, that any employer or applicant will respond, follow through, or act honestly, or that any application, interview, placement, or employment outcome will be successful, safe, lawful, or satisfactory.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
3) Liability disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Raglan, WRDMO, and Raglan iHUB accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost, claim, or dispute arising from job listings, employee profiles, applications, interviews, employment arrangements, communications, or interactions between users. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, misrepresentation, scams, misleading information, offensive content, or third-party conduct. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or employment.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted, and if applicable, to re-supplying the relevant service or refunding the portion of fees paid to us for that service.
4) Employer responsibilities and warranties
By submitting a job listing or employer profile, the employer confirms they have the right and authority to advertise the role or organisation, have permission to use all submitted content, images, and branding, will provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information, will keep listing and contact details up to date, will comply with all relevant employment, consumer, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws, and accept full responsibility for all dealings with applicants and any employment decisions made.
5) Job seeker responsibilities and warranties
By submitting a profile, application, or other information through the platform, a job seeker confirms they are providing truthful, accurate, and current information, have the right to share any submitted documents, qualifications, references, or other material, will not submit misleading, unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content, and accept full responsibility for their dealings with employers and any decisions they make in relation to job opportunities.
6) Indemnity
Users of the platform agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Raglan, WRDMO, and Raglan iHUB against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or damages arising from content they submit to the platform, alleged infringement of rights including copyright, privacy, or reputation, disputes with other users, or any breach of these Terms.
7) Moderation and removal of content
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, edit, decline, hide, suspend, or remove any listing, profile, or content, request changes or supporting evidence, and limit or block access where we suspect misuse, spam, fraud, or inappropriate conduct.
We are not obligated to publish or maintain any listing, profile, or user account.
8) Platform support and assistance
We may provide guidance, support, or help with using the platform, but we are not responsible for the success of any listing, profile, job application, recruitment process, or employment outcome.
9) Updates and ongoing changes
Users are responsible for keeping their own information current. We may assist with updates or support requests on a reasonable-effort basis, but we do not guarantee immediate changes or ongoing management unless otherwise agreed.
10) Third-party links and services
The platform may include links, contact details, or references to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse those third parties and are not responsible for them.
11) Privacy
We may collect and store user, listing, and contact information to operate the platform and publish relevant content. Some information may be visible publicly where it is submitted for that purpose. Use of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy, where published.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on the Go Raglan Website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts, unless we agree otherwise.
14) Use of this service
Go Raglan Jobs is a platform only. Go Raglan, WRDMO, and Raglan iHub provide the platform for job listings, profiles, and browsing — we are not a recruitment agency, employer, labour hire provider, or employment broker.
All arrangements are between the employer and the job seeker. Any application, interview, offer, employment agreement, dispute, or issue is handled directly between those parties.
We don’t guarantee listings or outcomes. We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings or profiles, whether a role is still available, whether someone follows through, or whether an employment outcome is suitable, successful, or lawful. Use the platform at your own risk.
Liability is limited. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Go Raglan, WRDMO, and Raglan iHub are not liable for losses, damages, injury, costs, scams, misleading information, or disputes connected to listings, profiles, applications, interviews, or employment arrangements.
Employers and job seekers are responsible for their content. By submitting information, users confirm they have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
Users agree to protect Go Raglan. If a claim arises from content submitted to the platform — including misleading information, copyright issues, privacy breaches, or other rights concerns — the user responsible for that content is liable, not Go Raglan, WRDMO, or Raglan iHub.
We can remove content. We may edit, decline, hide, suspend, or remove listings, profiles, or other content at any time at our discretion.
NZ law applies. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
